Cancellation Policy for Private Dance Lessons:

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule private dance lessons. To ensure the smooth operation of our dance studio and to provide fair treatment to both our instructors and students, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

Cancellation Period: Private dance lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.

 

Notification: Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to the dance studio via phone call or email. Voicemail messages are acceptable, but it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the message is received by the studio.

 

Late Cancellation/No-show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule a private lesson within the specified time frame (less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time) will result in the lesson being charged at the full rate. Similarly, failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notification will also result in the lesson being charged at the full rate.

 

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur, and exceptions to this policy may be made in such cases. Documentation or proof of the emergency may be required.

 

Refund Policy: Refunds for canceled lessons will be provided in the form of credit towards future private dance lessons at our studio. Refunds will not be issued for lessons that have already been charged at the full rate due to late cancellation or no-show.

 

Rescheduling: Students are permitted to reschedule private dance lessons without penalty if done so within the specified time frame (at least 24 hours in advance). Rescheduled lessons will be subject to instructor availability.

 

Instructor Cancellations: In the event that a dance instructor needs to cancel a private lesson, every effort will be made to provide advance notice to the student. In such cases, the lesson will either be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time or credited towards future lessons.

 

Policy Acceptance: By scheduling a private dance lesson with our studio, students acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
